Training and support on the ASIRPA Real Time approach

Training sessions on the ASIRPA Real Time method

Impact Training - DPTI [2026]

A face‑to‑face training course organised by the ASIRPA Real‑Time team, INRAE Innovation and PUI BFC to learn how to "Orient the impact of your research project towards desired futures". The programme is structured in two stages:

·       First module (among researchers): dedicated to building the impact pathway of their project.

·       Second module (with stakeholders): allows participants to compare and enrich their reflection by confronting it with external perspectives.

Each participant develops an impact pathway and a strategic communication plan for their project.

Epidemiological surveillance training [June 2026]

As part of a training course for early‑career researchers on epidemiological surveillance, participants are supported in developing a task force (with its members and activities) to limit the spread of a vector‑borne disease. ASIRPA helps participants in developing this task force by guiding them in addressing the complex challenges it aims to tackle. The objective is to enable participants to:

·       Imagine a desirable future to which their proposed task force wants to contribute.

·       Ensure that the task force (actions and actors) is aligned with this vision of the future.

·       Identify the network of actors necessary to achieve this desired future.

Support for PEPRs coordinated by INRAE [2026]

Ten PEPRs coordinated by INRAE have been supported in organising workshops aimed at building an impact pathway at the scale of their programme. The teams benefited from an introductory training session to ASIRPA Real‑Time, a methodological guide, and dedicated tools. This is support for structuring reflection on impact and its integration into the programme strategy.
