PPR-Cultiver Protéger Autrement (PPR-CPA) [2019-…]

This research programme aims for the eradication of pesticides by 2040 and represents the initial testbed for ASIRPA Real‑Time. The approach was implemented at two nested levels:

  • At the project level (8 projects): Each funded projects constructed its impact pathway to anticipate how the alternative solutions that they study could contribute to the goal of pesticide eradication. (Click here to learn more about the results)
  • At the programme level: A collective effort made it possible to develop an impact pathway at the scale of the PPR-CPA. The objective is to clarify the programme's expected contribution to the transition towards pesticide‑free agriculture: What is the specificity of the PPR-CPA on the pathway towards pesticide‑free agriculture? How is the programme positioned in relation to other national and European R&I programmes? What is the role of the programme?

PEPR PREZODE [2024]

In collaboration with the ImpresS team from CIRAD, a one‑day workshop was organised to introduce participants to the co‑construction of impact pathways on the reduction of zoonotic risks. The workshop aimed to help participants understand the key concepts and tools of change‑oriented approaches, in particular the impact pathway and the theory of change; to begin applying them concretely to their own projects; and to reflect on different ways to regularly mobilise the impact pathway tool in project monitoring and its extensions, as a starting point for a continuous reflective process.

FAIRCARBON [2025]

A workshop organised at the programme level supported collaboration between the PEPR FAIRCarboN and its Stakeholder Committee (non‑academic members) around a common ambition: contributing to carbon neutrality. This visioning exercise made it possible to co‑construct a desired future with net‑zero carbon emissions, based on the research carried out within the PEPR, and to identify the necessary trajectories to contribute to it.

Trainings sessions for PEPRs coordinated by INRAE [2026]

Ten PEPRs coordinated by INRAE have been supported in organising workshops aimed at building an impact pathway at the scale of their programme. The teams benefited from an introductory training session to ASIRPA Real‑Time, a methodological guide, and dedicated tools. This support aims to structure the reflection on impact and its integration into the strategy of the programmes.
